Toni & Derrick's Wedding in Paris

Toni and Derrick's wedding in Paris was a beautiful and romantic event! The weather was cloudy but it made for a romantic day and their wedding pictures turned out amazing. The wedding ceremony was held at Eglise Saint - Roch which is where Louis XIV laid the first stone in 1653. The reception was held at the famous Hotel de Crillon.  The room that was next to the wedding reception that we had to walk through to get to the balcony was where Marie Antoinette took her piano lessons. Unfortunately, I only brought my point and shoot that was very low on battery juice to the wedding. I should have just lugged the bigger one with me so I could have taken better pictures. But you will have to make do with my fuzzy pictures. The last two pictures are from the view of the balcony off of the reception. The Hotel de Crillon is right on the Place de la Concorde and had an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower (not that you would be able to tell from the fuzzy pictures).  I thought, that of all the places I could get away with wearing my sassy feathered headband from JCrew (Steph - That makes it twice that I have worn it), it would be Paris.  The whole event went perfectly for the two of them and we couldn't have been happier to have been able to be a part of it.  Side note: I would not recommend booking a flight the next morning after you have been at a wedding reception the night before. Maybe a little too much champers instead of hydrating myself with water. My feet swelled up on the plane like I was nine months pregnant again!
