Our sweet little princess is two weeks old already! We were also fortunate to find out that she has colic that hits from 2-5am every night. I didn't actually understand what colic meant until the doctor told me that it is something that has no cure except working through it. She said that most babies get it around dinner time or late evening for 2-3 hours every day. We are just extra special that Tatum's colic hits in the middle of the night. It is such a hard adjustment for us since Landon was such a mellow baby and only got up once a night to eat from the moment we brought him home from the hospital. Lucky for us the doctor says that this only lasts for about THREE MONTHS! What! 2 1/2 months to go! Needless to say I have changed my decaf coffee to half caff coffee to regular coffee! BRING on the caffeine!
