As you can see the big boy bed transition is going smoothly........HA! It actually has been pretty good except for the occasional sleeping on the floor. We are still struggling to get him to go to sleep at night though. Landon is now tall enough to turn on his light in his room and then he proceeds to play and talk to himself in there for at least an hour. Does anyone else struggle with this? Do you just let them play or do you go in there repeatedly to turn off the light and ask them to get back into bed?

Big Boy Bed
As you can see the big boy bed transition is going smoothly........HA! It actually has been pretty good except for the occasional sleeping on the floor. We are still struggling to get him to go to sleep at night though. Landon is now tall enough to turn on his light in his room and then he proceeds to play and talk to himself in there for at least an hour. Does anyone else struggle with this? Do you just let them play or do you go in there repeatedly to turn off the light and ask them to get back into bed?

I'd say for the first few weeks that it is fine. Then slowly start intervening.
