Mommy is going back to work on Tuesday, so I wanted to show her that I would be okay and could handle things on my own while she is at work. Contemplating what I will do the rest of the day while Mommy is at work!

hi melissa! you don't know me but i know maile and she is just the dearest thing. she mentioned on her blog that you are returning to work after your maternity leave. i have a 4 month old little boy too and even though i don't work outside of the house (yet!) i KNOW how hard it is to leave your little dude....but judging by the pictures of the adorable little dude he has everything under control. just plop the remote control in his hand for some mind numbing baby einstein and he'll be fine! :) :) :) good luck!
Maile sent me here to say hi. I will be saying a prayer for strength for you tomorrow. Your little guy is adorable and he will still love you just as much when you get home from work tomorrow night. Wishing you all the mommy support in the world!
Hey there, I didn't even know Landon had his own blog already.....again Maile passed on the info! All your pictures are soooo cute. Good luck tomorrow going back to work. I know everything will be fine. I had to go through the same thing three years ago and even though it's hard, it's also a little refreshing change of pace. And you are that much more excited about the end of the work day!
Hi! Also dropping by from Maile's blog to see how the first day went! I remember leaving my daughter on my first day back at work. I sniffed all the way there and then was too busy the rest of the morning to think of her!!! :-D (Except for the let down reflex at normal feed time!) But driving back to get her was the best part of the day and continued to be for many years. Hope everything went well!!!
