Hanging Out in the East Bay!

We went out to the East Bay today to have lunch and do some shopping with Linsey, Erin and Baby Amelia. Then we went over to Linsey and Jeff's house for dinner, dessert and a guitar lesson. I was really enjoying listening to Jeff play.

Peekadoodle

Another rainy day and we headed over to Peekadoodle Kids Club. Aidan invited us to play with him there. We also got to see my old pal Ethan. I haven't seen him in a long time and it was fun to play with him.

Shhhhh....it's very quiet!!!

Sometimes I get very quiet when I am doing something very naughty! I need to work on that. It is such a giveaway to Mommy and Daddy and they no that I am up to no good. I thought Mommy's tissue box needed organizing. Mommy said she has a similar picture of herself when she was a baby doing the same thing.

Rainy Days

Mommy took this week off to spend some quality time with me before Baby Sister arrives. Unfortunately, there was a lot of rain that week. So, one of the days we went to the Eureka Valley Rec center and they had so many fun toys to play with inside. Chase, Aidan and I had a lot of fun running around in the basketball court and the bleachers.

Daddy was finally able to come to my swim lessons and took a bunch of pictures and videos of me swimming. I am getting a lot better at it even though I refuse to wear my goggles. Mommy said it was really important to document my swim lessons even though she wasn't too happy about being photographed pregnant and in a bathing suit.

In My Daddy's Words

This is an excerpt from a note that my Daddy wrote for one of my preschool admission forms. Mommy thought it was special and thought we should share some of Daddy's words since you never hear from him. "Landon is a wonderful child who brightens our days and fills us with hope for the future. As first-time parents we are so excited to see his personality develop. We continue to be amazed at what a sweet, sensitive and active boy he is becoming. We are fortunate to have enjoyed childhoods filled with love, play, and nurturing families. Our goal is to give Landon a similar upbringing that allows him to enjoy childhood while providing him the emotional and educational support to flourish. Happy Valentines Day

Ice Cream with Magno!

Magnus and his parents came over for a dinner playdate. Afterwards we had cookies and ice cream. Magnus and I thought that Daddy's ice cream tasted the best! Daddy calls Magnus - Magno Meter - so now I call him Magno.

Today we hanged out at Nicolas' house for our Valentines Day party. We had a lot of fun playing and eating cupcakes. Nicolas has his own personal kitchen and I really enjoyed playing with it.

Bonus Day with Mommy & Grammy!

Bianca called in sick today so I had a bonus day with Grammy & Mommy! We went to the Academy of Sciences and finally got to go into the Amazon Rainforest. It is three levels of the amazon rainforest - beneath the rivers, in the trees and above the trees. We saw so many butterflies and it was really cool underneath the water looking up at the fishies!

Mommy says that these pictures are not the best quality, but she wanted to catch me in my moment that I was taking to myself. She found me curled up in the big green chair reading a good book on words (palabras)!

Cow Hollow Playground

Today we met Owen, Caitlin and Aidan at the Cow Hollow Playground. It is a smaller playground....but oh boy do they have some fun toys. Mommy wishes that she could buy me a vacuum my size that would really work. For some reason, she thinks that a trail of crumbs follows me everywhere. Caitlin is our only girl in our playgroup. So...she basically has six boyfriends to choose from. But whenever she is there, I am always fascinated by her. Girls!!!
